Healthy Nutella

Ingredients

  • Hazelnuts (roasted)
  • Raw cacao powder
  • Raw honey or maple syrup
  • Vanilla extract
  • Sea salt
  • Coconut oil (small amount)

Steps

11. Roast hazelnuts at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
22. Rub skins off with a towel.
33. Blend in food processor for 10+ minutes until completely smooth.
44. Add cacao, honey, vanilla, salt, and a touch of coconut oil.
55. Blend until creamy. Store in a jar.
Note: Patience with the blending is key. It goes from crumbs to paste to butter. Don't add liquid too early.
