Healthy Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

  • Organic chicken breast or thigh
  • Organic sprouted oats (blended into flour)
  • Eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Ghee or avocado oil for frying

Steps

11. Cut chicken into nugget-sized pieces.
22. Season with salt and pepper.
33. Dip each piece in beaten egg.
44. Coat in oat flour.
55. Pan-fry in ghee over medium-high heat until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Note: Kids love these. Freeze extras on a sheet pan, then bag them for quick reheats.
