World’s best rice

Ingredients

  • Organic white jasmine rice (from California) - 200g
  • Organic ginger
  • Organic black pepper
  • Sea salt

Steps

1Weigh your rice. I went with 200g which works for two adults and a toddler. Wash it thoroughly until the water coming from the strainer is clear.
2Add bone broth.
3The golden rule for perfect rice is to multiply the rice weight by 1.5x, and that’s your liquid amount.
4I make bone broth by frothing 2 scoops of @nakednutrition’s one-ingredient Naked Bone Broth protein powder , then adding some ginger, black pepper, and salt for an extra kick.
5Add some salt, close the pot lid, and place it on the stovetop on high heat.
6When boiling reduce the heat to its lowest setting, and set a timer for 10 min.
7Do NOT remove the lid at any point.
8Fluff the rice, let it rest for 5 min and enjoy!
