Way better Reese’s cups

Ingredients

  • Organic butternut squash - 1
  • Organic MCT oil - splash
  • Organic unsweetened chocolate - 1 bar
  • Organic coca butter - 2 teaspoons
  • Organic maple syrup - splash
  • Organic raw honey - about 3 tablespoons (sweeten the filling to taste)
  • Organic coconut flour - 1/4 cup
  • Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375f.
  • Cut butternut squash into small pieces. Add MCT oil, in the oven for 30 min to cook and caramelize.
  • Melt chocolate, add coca butter, maple.
  • Use unbalanced small baking cups- line with melted chocolate, make sure to get the sides. Set in freezer to set.
  • Take butternut squash out the oven. Mash. When cool add honey. Mix. Add coconut flour. Mix.
  • Shape filling into a disc- make sure to leave room on the sides for the chocolate to close in (see in the video).
  • Seal with chocolate.
  • In the fridge to set.
