Way better Reese’s cups
Ingredients
- Organic butternut squash - 1
- Organic MCT oil - splash
- Organic unsweetened chocolate - 1 bar
- Organic coca butter - 2 teaspoons
- Organic maple syrup - splash
- Organic raw honey - about 3 tablespoons (sweeten the filling to taste)
- Organic coconut flour - 1/4 cup
- Preparation: Preheat oven to 375f.
- Cut butternut squash into small pieces. Add MCT oil, in the oven for 30 min to cook and caramelize.
- Melt chocolate, add coca butter, maple.
- Use unbalanced small baking cups- line with melted chocolate, make sure to get the sides. Set in freezer to set.
- Take butternut squash out the oven. Mash. When cool add honey. Mix. Add coconut flour. Mix.
- Shape filling into a disc- make sure to leave room on the sides for the chocolate to close in (see in the video).
- Seal with chocolate.
- In the fridge to set.
