The healthiest spring-rolls on the planet

Steps

1Finely chop onion.
2Tallow in a pan, brown onion. Add salt.
3Meanwhile, peel and grate carrots.
4Finely chop green onion and mushrooms. Add to a bowl with the carrots.
5When chicken is cooked- add to the bowl.
6Splash coconut aminos and mix.
7Organic rice paper.
8Get a large plate, add some warm water. Place rice paper and let it soak for a few sec. Drain.
9Place filling and fold into spring rolls.
10In a pan, melt some beef tallow, and fry spring rolls until golden brown.
11Serve with lettuce and coconut aminos and enjoy!
