Scary Ossobuco
Ingredients
- Grass fed Ossobuco- your butcher has it 5-6lb
- Organic onion 1-2
- Organic carrot 2-3
- Organic celery
- Organic rosemary
- Sea salt.
- Bone broth (about 1.5 cups)
- You also need a Dutch oven to make this.
Steps
1Preheat oven to 275f.
2Heat Dutch oven on stove top.
3Add the Ossobuco and sear on all sides.
4Set aside, add the veggies and sear.
5Add salt.
6Add the Ossobuco back and pour in the bone broth.
7You don’t want the liquid to cover the meat, only about half way.
8Add rosemary.
9When boiling cover, and place in the oven for 4 hours.
10Let rest and enjoy!
