Insane tuna pockets

Ingredients

  • Tuna - I’m using @safecatchfoods because they test for mercury - 2 cans
  • Cheddar cheese - 150g
  • Organic olives - 12 olives
  • Organic rice paper sheets
  • Organic date syrup - a splash
  • Eggs - 2
  • Organic everything bagel seasoning.

Steps

1In a bowl mix tuna, grated cheddar cheese, and chopped olives. That’s our filling.
2In a wide bowl, break a couple of eggs, add a splash of date syrup and water. Mix.
3Preheat oven to 375f.
4Dip in rice sheet. Both sides.
5Place on a plate. Fold both sides (see video for reference), add filling on the top, and fold into triangles.
6Sprinkle with everything bagel and in the oven for 30-50 min or until golden brown. I said in the video 40-50 min but it only took 30ish this time. Make sure to monitor.
7Let it cool a bit and enjoy! High protein delicious easy fun dinner.
