Immune boosting lollipop

Ingredients

  • Grass fed bone marrow - 3 or 4
  • Fresh organic ginger - small cube
  • Fresh organic turmeric - small cube
  • Raw honey - eyeball, a good amount
  • Organic lemon - zest
  • Organic black pepper - some to activate the turmeric

Steps

1Bone marrow in the oven at 375f for 20 min.
2Ginger and turmeric - I used a ceramic grater traditionally made for wasabi lol - don’t ask me why I have this - just use what you got, any grater will do and we gonna mix it all anyways.
3Zest of a lemon.
4When marrow is not hot add. Add black pepper.
5Mix.
6Into a lollipop mold, add stick. In the freezer to set.
7Enjoy!
