Homemade multivitamin

Ingredients

  • Organic onion - 2
  • Grass fed butter - 1/2 stick
  • Grass fed beef liver - 4-6oz
  • Organic chicken hearts - 1lb
  • Organic cumin
  • Sea salt

Steps

1Caramelize onions in butter. Add salt. Add a splash of water to avoid burning onions.
2When golden, add liver and hearts, cumin, and cook on med-heat for about 5 min.
3And it’s as simple as that. This thing is loaded with bioavailable vitamins and minerals and is the most delicious way to get them.
