Healthy spring chocolate balls

Ingredients

  • Organic lemon - 1
  • Raw honey - 3 teaspoons
  • Goat’s milk powder - 1/2 cup
  • Organic coconut flour - 1/3 cup
  • Organic unsweetened chocolate
  • Organic coconut oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Organic maple syrup - a small splash
  • Organic macadamia nuts

Steps

1Squeeze lemon, mix it with honey. Add goat’s milk powder and coconut flour. Wrap macadamia nut and roll into balls.
2Into the freezer for a few min to firm up.
3Meanwhile, melt chocolate w coconut oil. Add a splash of maple syrup to sweeten.
4Cover balls with melted chocolate. Optional top w lemon zest or flaky salt or both.
5In the fridge for a few min to firm and enjoy!
