Healthy ferrero rochers

Ingredients

  • Organic dates (pitted) - half cup
  • Organic unsweetened coca powder - 2 teaspoon
  • Goats milk powder - half cup
  • Sea salt - pinch
  • Organic unsweetened chocolate - half bar
Organic coconut flour - half cup
  • Organic coconut oil - 1 teaspoons
  • Organic macadamia nuts - 1 per ferrero rocher, plus a bit more crushed to cover
  • IMPORTANT!!! do NOT give a toddler a ferrero rocher with a full nut - choking hazard. We made a batch without for our daughter.

Steps

1Blend dates with a splash of water.
2In a bowl, mix with coca powder, coconut oil, and salt.
3Add coconut flour to reach wet dough consistency, similarly to the video.
4Add 1 macadamia nut and roll the dough around it. Set in the freezer for a few min to cool.
5Melt unsweetened chocolate with coconut oil.
6Crush some macadamias.
7Take the balls out of freezer. Dip in chocolate, sprinkle with crush nuts. In the fridge for a few min to set. Enjoy!
