Healthiest PB-collagen bar
Ingredients
- Organic pitted dates - 1.5 cups
- Organic coconut flour - 1/2 cup
- Organic cacao nibs - 1/8 cup
- Organic unsweetened chocolate - 200g
- Organic cold pressed coconut oil - 1 teaspoon (just to add when melting chocolate)
- Flaky sea salt
Steps
1Boil dates. Keep about a quarter of the water. When cooled blend the dates and water into paste.
2Add @nakednutrition Naked PB and @nakednutrition Naked Marine Collagen. Mix.
3Add coconut flour and cocoa nibs- go for cookie dough texture. In a baking sheet, flatten, and in the freezer to firm up.
4When firm, melt dark chocolate, add a touch of coconut oil. Dip bars, top with flaky sea salt, and keep in the fridge.
