Healthiest kinder bueno
Ingredients
- Organic macadamias - 100g
- Organic grass fed cream - 100ml
- Organic grass fed butter - 40g
- Organic unsweetened chocolate - 200g
- Organic rice crisps - 1 cup
- Organic vanilla bean - 1/2 pod scraped
- Organic maple syrup - touch to sweeten dark chocolate
- Organic raw honey - 2-3 tbsp
- Organic extra virgin coconut oil - 2 tbsp
- Flaky sea salt
Steps
1Melt butter in cream and pour on to dark chocolate to melt. Add a touch of maple syrup to taste to sweeten. Mix.
2Then crush rice crisps, add 2 scoops of @nakednutrition Goat. Mix. Flatten evenly on baking sheet and in the fridge to set- that’s our base.
3Meanwhile, roast macadamias in oven. 15 min at 300f. Let them cool and in a food processor with coconut oil. Blend to paste. Then add 1 scoop @nakednutrition Goat, raw honey, vanilla bean, sea salt. Blend. In a silicone mold (get them on Amazon) and in the freezer to set.
4Then melt dark chocolate with a touch of coconut oil and maple. Cut the base to kinder bueno size, add the frozen cream filling on top (you can paste it with a touch of melted chocolate), dunk everything in chocolate and in the fridge to set.
