Healthiest Dubai chocolate

Ingredients

  • Organic pistachios - 125g
  • Organic coconut oil - a touch
  • Organic maple syrup - 80ml
  • Grass fed beef tallow - 1tbs
  • Organic white rice noodles - 30g
  • Organic unsweetened chocolate - 1 cup
  • Organic matcha (optional- for the design on the bar)
  • Dubai Chocolate Bar Silicone Molds- get them from Amazon.

Steps

1You can start by melting a little bit of dark chocolate, add a touch of coconut oil and small splash of maple- then cover the top of the chocolate silicone mold. In the freezer to set.
2Then, in a food processor blend pistachios to a paste. You can add a little bit of coconut oil to help them. Then add in maple syrup, a scoop of @nakednutrition Naked Fiber which is made from baobab, full of prebiotic fibers that are great for gut bacteria, AND 2 scoops of @nakednutrition Naked Goat for clean A2 whey protein and creamy flavor. Mix.
3For the crunch, puff rice noodles in beef tallow- only a few seconds. Mix it in. Melt chocolate again, put everything together, the mold in the freezer for a few min to set and enjoy!
