Ground lamb from Whole Foods

Ingredients

  • Ground lamb - 1lb
  • Organic onion - 1
  • Organic carrot - 1 big or 2 small
  • Organic celery - 1/4
  • Grass fed ghee - tablespoon
  • Sea salt
  • Organic tahini - 3 teaspoons
  • Organic garlic - 1 clove
  • Organic lemon - 1

Steps

1Heat a stainless steel pan over medium-high heat for 3-4 min.
2Add the lamb and flatten it on the pan. No need to add any oil. Let it sit for 2-3 min to form a delicious crust. Then break it and cook it through (about 3-4 min).
3Set it aside.
4Add a touch of ghee, throw in the vegetables and add salt.
5Caramelize for 5-6 min.
6Sauce- tahini.
7Organic tahini (3 teaspoons), squeeze the juice of a lemon (I like it sour so I squeeze 1 whole, you can do half), crush a garlic clove add and mix. Add a splash of water for the desired consistency.
8When veggies cooked, take off the heat, mix with the lamb, top with tahini and enjoy!
