Bone Broth and Aloe Gut Drink
Ingredients
- Grass-fed bone broth
- Aloe vera juice (inner fillet)
- Fresh lemon juice
- Sea salt
Steps
11. Warm bone broth gently on the stove.
22. Add a splash of aloe vera juice and lemon.
33. Season with sea salt.
44. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Note: This was part of my gut healing protocol. Aloe vera soothes the gut lining, bone broth provides collagen and amino acids.
