Anti-inflammatory immune boosting healing shot

Ingredients

  • Organic ginger - 150g
  • Organic turmeric - 50g
  • Organic black pepper - 2tbsp
  • Organic cayenne pepper- 2tbsp
  • Organic lemon- about a quarter
  • Organic extra virgin olive oil - splash
  • Organic raw honey - splash

Steps

1Grate ginger, and turmeric.
2Into a pot with 2 liter of cold water.
3Add the freshly ground black pepper and cayenne.
4Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer for 20 min.
5Store in 4oz jars, fill about 3oz, and let it cool in the fridge.
6Before you drink, add the heat sensitive stuff- we want to maximize their benefits so we add these in cold. Freshly squeezed lemon, EVOO, raw honey. Shake, and enjoy your anti-inflammatory immune boosting healing shot.
